Trench Sheet Piles
Trench sheets are designed to support vertical faces of small to medium excavations. They are widely used in pipeline installation and temporary earth retaining systems, providing a safe working environment and efficient excavation support.
Installation Method
Trench sheets can be installed quickly using excavators equipped with quick release shackles through lifting holes located at the ends of the sheets. This allows fast positioning and removal during construction.
Driving is performed using a driving cap, which protects the sheet from damage during installation. During extraction, specialized clamps are used to prevent deformation and maintain sheet integrity.
Structural Function
Trench sheet piles are primarily used to support earth banks and prevent soil collapse during excavation. They ensure worker safety while maintaining stability in trenching operations.
