Manufacturing Process

Cold rolled sheet piles (also known as cold formed sheet piles) are produced through a continuous roll forming process:

  • Steel plates are passed through multiple roller stations
  • Interlocks are formed at the initial stage to ensure precision
  • Profiles are shaped progressively under normal temperature
  • Cooling systems (water-based) are applied to maintain dimensional stability
